I am getting an 'Invalid Session: Invalid Session Key' error when trying to edit a new, copied Survey in Heat Cloud
This is happening after copying an existing Survey and immediately afterwards trying to edit the new Survey.
This can be the result of the Load Balancers on the system not being synced quickly enough due to the way Surveys are handled across the systems.
The solution is usually to wait 5 or 10 minutes, logout, clear your browser cache.
Typically you will find the error has gone away at this point.
