Grid displays columns that are not in the Grid definition. How do they get in the grid? How do you get rid of them?
Why then is the column Team Email included in the Grid:
The user should not be logged in to HEAT while you are doing this.
Grid as defined is as follows:
Fields used in an advanced search are added to the Grid, go to Advanced Search and search on Team Email.
Team Email is now included in the Grid even though it is not defined in the grid definition
To remove the Team Email from the grid you will need to remove a record from the User Options table.
Use the following query to display records and then match the optionname to the grid you wish to remove the extra columns from.
select * from useroptions where loginid = [userlogin] and optionname = [ObjectName]
Once you identify the Loginid and optionname
use the query: Delete from useroptions where loginid = [userlogin] and optionname = [ObjectName]
to remove the record with the extra columns defined for the grid.
