    How can a report include only Call Tickets with Attachments? Report already includes the following tables: Subset CallLog Asgnmnt Detail HEATGen


    Resolution

    The attachments are stored in the HEATGen table under a GCode of AT and the GName column will hold the CallID value.  Link the GName to CallID but limit the results to GCode of AT.
