When creating a "Report an Issue" form for Incident Business Object for Self Service users to fill out, there is a "Template" field which appears in the top left corner of the form.
This field has a list of Incident Templates for Self Service users which is out of the box Self Service Templates.
I would just like to know the location of this field as I'd like to move it elsewhere on the form itself.
The templates list control can be removed by going to the Configure Application administration console, then Page Layouts for the Self Service role and clicking on 'Advanced Options' for 'My Items' there is an option in the 'Configuration' group box labelled 'Enable Issue Templates'. Un-checking this will remove the templates drop down control from My Items form layout.
