    - How do you add further purchased seats / licenses to an iGoldMine system?

    Resolution

    - The new *.lic file should be put into the \iGoldMine\Programs folder, where the current license file(s) already resides and after a restart of the iGoldMine License Manager service,  iGoldMine will read all licenses and accumulate the seats
    - It is recommended that this task is performed  outside the business hours and that all iGoldMine users are logged out,  as iGoldMine will be not available until the related services are up and  running again

    [STEPS]

    7. Verify that here at least one .lic file exists, this is/are the current used iGoldMine license file(s)
    8. Drag and drop the new received .lic file into the same directory with the  existing .lic file

    14. Via a refresh of the Windows Services window (for example related button or via Action > Refresh) make sure that both services are in a status Running
    15. Although technically not necessary but recommended is to verify the current amount of now available seats, please refer to Knowledge Article # 16374 - How can I see the current available and used seats / licenses for iGoldMine?
