    NOTE: The process below cannot be easily undone therefore it is CRITICAL to ensure that a fresh Microsoft SQL backup of the GoldMine database is made prior to proceeding with the update..

    1. Login to GoldMine as a user with MASTER rights.
    2. Click on the Go To menu > Lead Management.
    3. Click "Assign and Owner/Manager"
    4. Select a filter or a group to apply the change to.
         Note: if there is no filter, refer to document How do I create filters in GoldMine Premium Edition?
    5. Assign the owner in the "Assign the owner value of" drop-down menu.
    6. Choose the level of curtaining desired > OK
