Where and how is the default letter defined for using - Actions > Write a letter to contact...?

    When selecting Actions > Write a letter to contact, an .rtf template is launched and we want a specific template to be launched, where is this configured?


    1 - Click the Go To menu > Document Templates
    2 - Expand 'Defaults' folder under 'Document Templates' folder.
    3 - Right click on the 'Letter' template > Properties
    4 - Provide "Friendly name" in 'Document name' field
    5 - Browse to desired template > OK
