Mailbox Report displays html code for email templates
This process will only work when printing messages for a single contact: 1) First determine the GoldMine accountno value for one of the contact records for which you need to print emails. There are several ways to do this, here is one easy way: a. Browse to the contact record in GoldMine. b. Select Tools > Synchronize > Sync Spy to open the Sync Spy window. c. Verify the Database drop down shows Contact1 and the top row of data seen is for the appropriate record. The first value listed should be Accountno. You may make a note of the number or right click in the box to select Output to > and output the data so you can copy and paste the accountno. 2) Set the report to print only for the identified contact record accountno a. Select Go To > Reports > Reports to open Reports Center b. Expand GoldMine Reports > Other Report c. Right click the Mailbox Report and select Sorts to open the Properties: Report window with Sort Orders tab active. d. Select the Primary Sort button and change the Field Name drop down value to Accountno e. Paste or type the Accountno from step 1 into the Start at and End at boxes. f. Click OK 3) Print the report to window and save as file. a. Right click the Mailbox Report and select Print to open the Print Report window b. Select Print Report Output to Window c. Verify the report prints desired data. d. Click the Save icon to save the report as an RTF file.
