    Is it Possible to Require Assignments Before Call Ticket Can Be Saved?


    Resolution

    1.  Launch the HEAT Administrator Module. 2.  Select Defaults>>  System>> Assignment Defaults. 3.  Check the option named "Require an assignment before allowing call to be saved". 4.  Click OK. 5.  Log out of Call Logging and back in and users will now be required to create an Assignment before the call ticket can be saved.
