Error when starting ITSM Premise Client: The setting definition does not exist for Fusion.SystemStartUp setting

    When you try to run the ITSM 6.1.x Premise client on a computer running Window 7, you receive the below error message:

    "The setting definition does not exist for Fusion.SystemStartUp setting" 


    Resolution

    ITSM 6.1.x is not officially supported with Windows 7. This is because ITSM 6.1.x requires v1 of .Net that is not officially available to be installed on Windows 7 from Microsoft.
