HEAT Discovery is not creating CI records for computers with the Client Agent installed

    We are not running a Gateway but have installed the Windows Client Agent on some of our computers. These computers have not been created as a CI in the CI workspace as expected.



    The Internal Services account is not associated to a team which is required for CI creation

    1. Open the Employee record for the Internal Services account
    2. Check the Team tab and make sure that it is linked to a team.
    3. If the account is not associated with a team, link it to the Network Support team and save the record.

    At the next polling interval as shown under the Inventory Settings work space for the Default Settings (every 30 minutes) , the new computer objects should now start being created.
