Are the GoldMine products including GoldMine Premium Edition, GoldMine Plus for Microsoft Office, and GoldMine Connect supported in Virtualized, Cloud based, CITRIX, and and Terminal Server environments?
1. GoldMine Software is designed and tested for on premise physical hardware utilizing a server and client workstations.
2. GoldMine Software is not tested in Virtualized, Cloud based, CITRIX, or Terminal Server environments.
3.We do have customers that use GoldMine in the above environments and the support desk will troubleshoot GoldMine functionality in these environments up to the point where it is determined that:
- This problem is specific to the environment or
- The environmental factor needs to be ruled out and tested in the fully supported environment noted above.
4. GoldMine support does not have any advice regarding running, deploying, or migrating to any of the above noted environments.
5. It is best to consult your GoldMine Solutions Partner for advice regarding the running, deploying, or migrating to any of the above environments.
NOTE: The above environments can be more resource intensive and general performance can vary from having local server and workstation resources.
