    Is there a way to suppress incoming emails from certain companies from creating Incidents?


    Resolution

    Remove from the Trusted Sender Domains the domain(s) these emails come from.


    1.  Go to Configure Application, select Email Configuration and Server.
    2.  Select the Trusted Sender Domain tab and remove any domain from 3rd party that should not be processed to Incidents.
