    Heat Call Logging will lose network connectivity when laptop switches from LAN to WLAN connection instead of reconnecting to the available network connection. How can this be prevented?

     


    Resolution

     

    This is a limit of ODBC connectivity with HEAT. If the connections to the HEAT clients drop for any reason, a reconnect via restart of the client will be required.
