GoldMineWeb (GMWEB) - Can the primary Contact information that is displayed in GoldMine Web be changed?

Version 1

    Details

    - GoldMineWeb (GMWEB) - Can the primary Contact information that is displayed in GoldMine Web be changed?
    - How can you customize the GoldMine Web Primary contact information?

    Resolution

    - The primary contact information in GoldMine Web is currently a static view and cannot be customized in order to add different fields.
    - This is logged as Feature Request # 228692

    - The view for the primary contact information is split into 3 columns and will respect the currently set record type definition
    a. Labels are displayed according to the record type's label definition
    b. Removed fields are completely suppressed if those fields were removed from the primary view of the record type - for example Company for The record type 'Car' in a US demo database
    c. Exceptions for b. are Phone 1, Phone 2 (as a static replacement value (xxx) xxx xxxx is used when the fields are blank, Email and Website URL as they are records from the CONTSUPP table, the Social media icons (as those are fixed icons) and Last Contact (This is a statistical field taken from CONTACT2)
    d. Certain fields are suppressed automatically although being available in the record type when the fields are blank, like Address2, Phone 3 and Fax,

    - Below are 2 sample screenshots which show a filled record and a blank record (for a default record with all fields)
