    User has deleted some Assignment Groups and renamed some other Group names, how can the user adjust the existing tickets for the new names?


    Resolution

    - When using the Global Replace tool in HEAT Administration Module the Browse buttons on the first window and in the Boolean Window do not return all values, they instead use a Select * Top query. 

    - The best practice when using the tool is to hand type the values that you are changing, both in the To: line and in the Where Boolean criteria.
