Launching the application, receiving the error: "Orion Libraries has stopped working."
This issue has generally been resolved by clearing the cache files from the user(s) local computer. Close out of the client then delete any folders or files that exist in the users profile in these locations. Please give this a try and let me know if you are able to then launch the application properly:
\Local Settings\Application Data\Deployment
\Local Settings\Application Data\FrontRange_Solutions_Inc
\Local Settings\Application Data\IsolatedStorage
\Local Settings\Application Data\GDIPFONTCACHEV1.DAT
