How do I remove the 'New issue" button from the MyItems page on a new Self Service role.

    Customer created a new Self Service role, whihc is only allowed to log Service Requests.

    They want the 'New Issue' button from the MyItems removed from the Self Service layout




    Steps tp remove the 'New Issue' button:
    - Log Into Admin UI under the Administrator role
    - Go to Page Layouts
    - Select the newly created Self Service Role
    - Page Layout for MyItems > Advanced Options
    - Scroll down to Workspace Actions > edit
    - Select the 'New Issue' toolbar button and drag it off the field, then save
