ITSM 7.x Full text search is not enabled error when linking a CI using the likes opperator

    Full text search is not enabled for CI when searching against the name field when linking a CI


    Resolution

    Issue is related to the name field not being added to the full text search index for the CI group business object.


    1. Launch/Create a new definition set
    2. View the Group Business Objects
    3. Right click on the CI object
    4. Click edit business object
    5. View the search tab
    6. Add the Name field to the full text search
    7. Commit the definition set
    8. Restart IIS
