    Where are new Contact Alerts created and where are they stored so that they can be edited?


    Resolution

     

    Contact Alerts can be created via the New Alert button on where the alerts can be also enabled for Contact records from Edit > Record Properties > Record Related Settings > Alerts Tab


    In order to edit or delete any Alerts, you need to do that from the GoldMine Knowledge Base:

    1. Go to > Knowledge Base
    2. Expand the System section to see the Contact Alerts
    3. Right click on any alert in order to edit or delete
