Constructing a workload list query to also include the SLA expiry date\time

         If you are only using Incident and not Problem or Change, you could construct a new 

         Incident Workload query based primarily around the Incident Escalation Point Object 


        You would need to use the   ‘  Expiry Date\Time’   attribute from the ‘  Escalation Point’   object within the query.

         Also then add a condition to the query so that it only looks for records where the 'Is Breach' attribute = 1 

         This should then ensure that the query only returns one record per incident from the Escalation point 

         object (the only escalation point where you would normally set is breach to 1 is the one at 100%).
