Adding exceptions to Hours Of Operation

    In a Workflow the Get Approval block has the option to timeout after a period of time.  This can be based on an Hours of Operation (HOP) clock.  Does this include non-business days? Where are non-business days set?


    The Hours of Operation clocks can be configured to include/exclude whichever days/hours you need.

    • Log in to the tenant with Administrator role
    • Go to Configure Application > Organization Profile > Business Hours
    • Under Hours Of Operation, select the appropriate HOP.
    • At the top of the screen, click Edit
    • Specify in the Recurrence Pattern the days you wish to include as running days
    • Click Save
    • At the bottom under Exceptions you can add Recurrent or Manual dates as exceptions.
