How does the due date populate? I have searched the business rules and relationships but can't find out how this is being populated.
My Items tab in Self Service is controlled by the FRS_MyItem object. There are 3 quick actions that updates Due Date in FRS_MyItem object. Update My Item for Approval Update My Item for Incident Update My item for Service Request. Each of these are triggered from Incident object with Business Rule: Update My Item ServiceReq object with Business Rule: Update My Item for Service Request FRS_ApprovalVoteTracking object with Business Rule: Update My Item for Approval Tracking I would also like to provide a resource that other customers/consultants are using, which is an online forum at https://frsconnect.frontrange.com.
