    Customer needs assistance finding where to modify the Self Service Templates in 7.x SelfService/AdminUI.


    Resolution

     

    Log into SelfService/AdminUI
    Click on Application Configuration
    Click on Automation Tools
    Click on Object Templates' "Get Started" button
    Click on the Add/Edit link for the appropriate business object, i.e. Incident
    Select the appropriate Template
    Click on Edit
    Make the appropriate changes
    Save the Template
