    Members of a Role that is not Forced to Reopen Calls is still not able to create or modify Assignments on Closed Call Tickets.


    Resolution

    Closed Call Ticket Assignments are controlled by both the Force Call Reopen right and the overall Assignment Defaults settings in the Administrator module>> Defaults>> System>> Assignment Defaults.  If the option of "Require assignments to be resolved before call can be closed" is selected, then even the Administrator Role that has the ability to modify Closed Call Tickets will not be able to modify or create Assignments on Closed Call Tickets.
