How to Enable the Estimated Wait Time (EWT) in the Route-To-Agent block

    This article describes how to enable the EWT in the Route-To-Agent block


    Enable Estimated Wait Time message  1. In Management Portal > Application Builder > choose application 2. Locate the specific Route-To-Agent block and open 3. Click on the “Estimated Waiting Time Prompt” 4. Create a prompt named “Estimated Wait Time” 5. Click link ‘Estimated Wait Time’ and click ‘Add Voice Segment’ 6. Enter or type in the string ‘Your estimated wait time is’ and click Update. Then select Back button to go back to the prompt listing 7. Click the green circle-plus sign next to Estimated Wait Time prompt. 8. You are done.
