    How to Customize and Filter the Knowledge Center in the Self-Service Role- the admin could set up Knowledge Center to filter according to their specifications or have no filter at all. This offers much more flexibility with what the self-service user sees and could be tailored to be more relevant. 





    This is a new feature to customize the filter settings in Knowledge Center, please follow instructions to setup filter panel in the attached document.
