How to send a customer notification for Task Acceptance in Service Request

    Customer is trying to send a notification to the Customer when a Task is Accepted in his/her Service Request. This can be done via a cloned quick action and workflow. Please follow the instructions in the article resolution.



    First, Clone the "Service Request is Denied" under Actions in the Service Request business object

    After cloned, make the following changes to it:


    Go into Configure Application

    Open the Task.Assignment business object

    Click on Workflows

    Create a new workflow with the following blocks:



    Drag the blocks to the form and connect as shown below:

    Run for Child block~


    Publish the workflow
