How to force Progress Bar completed (red on all 5 bars) for Fulfilled Service Requests

    Details

    Customer uses "Fulfilled" as the final State of a Service Request.  When viewed from the My Items, the Progress bar displays in the 4th position out of 5 and in green.  Customer would like to force Progress Bar completed (red on all 5 bars) for Fulfilled Service Requests


    Resolution

     

    1. In Configure Application, select the ServiceReq Business Object
    2. Select the Status field
    3. Select the Values Link
    4. Locate Fulfilled and on the right hand side, click on Edit (must hover your cursor to enable)
    5. Change the Progress Bar Position to 15
    6. Save
    7. Save the ServiceReq
    8. Refresh the browser
