Errors appear in the Logs stating:
SaveAttachment error - attachement file name: 'EmbeddedAttachment1.delivery-status' has a restricted file extension.
How can this be fixed?
- Log in to the tenant with the Administrator role
- Go to Configure Application
- On the Home tab, under System Settings, click 'Attachment Types'
- Click 'Add New...'
- Enter the file extension pattern "*.delivery-status"
- Click Save
