    2. Search / Browse to the contact record Eagle 123

    3. Review the Primary View and verify where you can see anywhere in the record the Est. Value, Crew, First Class? information for example also by opening all available custom screen views

    >> RESULT:
    a. Est. Value field is available in (even in several) custom screens as this user defined fields was an original default field and already placed on those screens prior any further customization

    b. Crew and First Class? fields are no where available on the whole record via GoldMine Web

    Resolution

    [CAUSE]
    - The primary contact information in GoldMine Web is  currently a static view and cannot be customized in order to add  different fields.
    - This is logged as Feature Request # 228692 - see also related Knowledge Article # 17343 for further information

    [WORKAROUND]
    - Create a user defined custom screen for displaying the 'missing' fields or maybe even the complete original primary view
    - This is not valid for expressions on a screen as GoldMine Web will not display any (dBase) expressions used in any screens

    1. Log in with Master rights
    2. Tools >> Configure >> Custom Screens
    3. Button New
    4. Screen Name: Web View
    5. OK
    6. Browse to the contact record Eagle 123
    7. Tab Fields
    8. Right Click in the Fields Tab >> Web View
    9. Right Click >> New Field
    10. Select and Place one desired field after the other on the screen, the minimum would be Crew and First Class?, but it might be considered to add all fields which are also on the Primary View available to add here
    11. Once all fields are placed as desired
    12. Exit the Designer

    13. IISRESET
    14. Log into GoldMine Web again and verify the existence of the screen Web View and the availability of the fields Crew and First Class?
    >> RESULT: As expected all fields are visible although in the Custom Fields section
