Discovery 9.x Data Import is not bringing across the Software information for the CI's

    An issue can arise that when the Data Import from Discovery 9.x that the CI's are created in HEAT Service Management but the information about the software that is installed on the systems is not brought across.

    This Knowledge Article has a possible solution for this problem.



    This issue can be caused by a missing mapping in the Discovery Data Import Connection configuration.

    The following mapping needs to be added to the Field Mappings:



    HEAT_Export_SoftwarePackage.PackageAud -> Category.Component.Property-SoftwarePackages.SoftwarePackage.ID
