    Resolution

     

    IMPORTANT: Get everyone out of the database and get good, current backups of the database(s).

    Run reindexing on the database:
    1. Log into GoldMine as a master user
    2. Run through the following steps:
    3. Select Tools>>databases>> Maintain Databases
    4. Select All Database Files, Next >
    5. Select Files in GoldMine Directory and Current Contact Set Files, Next >>Next>>Finish

    NOTE: The following instructions are for full rebuild and pack of the database. This is normally done by SQL; but these steps are included ONLY if the reindexing instructions below don't truly rebuild the damaged or missing indexes of the table(s).

    Run full Rebuild and pack on the database:
    1. Log into GoldMine as a master user
    2. Run through the following steps:
    3. Select Tools>>databases>> Maintain Databases
    4. Select All Database Files, Next >
    5. Select Files in GoldMine Directory and Current Contact Set Files, Next >>Check Rebuild and Pack…, Sort…, and Verify…, 
    Finish

    NOTE: Please run through the merge/purge tagged records again while logged in as a master user at this point.
