    How to add a field to a merge mail document.


    Resolution

     

    From page 292 of the GMEE User Guide:
    1.  Opened the template document and hit ALT+F9 to go into special edit mode. 
    2.  Updated the field call with the correct {MERGEFIELD} tags. 
    3.  Hit CTRL+A and then F9 to update the whole document. 
    4.  Hit ALT+F9 to close special edit mode.
    5.  Saved the document.
