How to monitor unsaved calls?

    Tickets sometimes are placed on hold and then forgotten about.   When a user logs out, nothing is saved.

    Since they are all unsaved calls, is there any way at all to monitor for these?



    1. Open HEAT Admin module

    2. Select from the menu Defaults
    3. Choose Activity Log
    4. Select Preferences
    5. Check ‘Log unsaved activities’
