    2. Open the tab Weekly
    3. Browse a few weeks in to the future
    4. button Print from the Calendar toolbar
    5. Ok (with leaving default settings in the Print Report dialog)
    6. review the time frame from the generated Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) report

    [Expected result]
The report is adjusted to the week you selected in the graphical calendar

    [Actual result]

The report is generated for the actual week and not respecting the chosen week in the graphical calendar

    Resolution

    [Cause]
The time frame (and also additional settings) when clicking the print button on the graphical weekly calendar is taken by the underlying report Weekly - Day Timer (portrait) options and not as more user intuitive as displayed actually on the graphical calendar.

    [Workaround]

    - Please keep in mind that your changes are valid for all users for this specific report, so the changes should be reverted after you have your printout or you may want to let know other users so that they are aware and can change then again.

    - If you want to have longer lasting changes maybe even in the layout it is strongly recommended that you clone the report first and then adjust the clone to your desired options/layout. Please keep in mind that the print button from the calendar weekly view will then always default back to the original (public) Weekly DayTimer (portrait) report and needs to be selected every time to your personal Weekly DayTimer (portrait) when you press the print button .

    a. Print the public report via changing the Time frame options of the Weekly DayTimer (portrait) report - this is then valid for all users until the next change

    1. Go To >> Reports >> Reports
    2. set / verify that User is set to (public)
    3. browse to and expand the Calendar Printouts
    4. Highlight the Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) report
    5. Right Click >> Options
    6. Change the Date and to fields
    7. OK
8.a. either print your Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) directly from the Report Center via either Right Click on the Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) >> Print >> OK or via double click on on the Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) >> Print >> OK

8.b. or go back to the graphical calendar >> Print button in the Calendar's toolbar (without any changes) >> OK

    b. cloning the original Weekly DayTimer (portrait) report and change to your desired Time frame options without impacting the original Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) report

    1. Go To >> Reports >> Reports
    2. set / verify that User is set to (public)
    3. browse to and expand the Calendar Printouts

    4. Highlight the Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) report
    5. Right Click >> Clone
    6. provide a desired report name and file name (you don't need to provide the full path as this will be automatically taken from your actual GoldMine environment\reports path) >> OK

    7. set / verify that User is now set to our user
    8. browse to and expand the Calendar Printouts

    9. Highlight the cloned report from 6.
    10. Right Click >> Options

    11. Change the Date and to fields
    12. OK

13.a. either print your cloned report directly from the Report Center via either Right Click on the cloned report >> Print >> OK or via double click on on the cloned report >> Print >> OK
13.b. or go back to the graphical calendar >> Print button in the Calendar's toolbar >> select your user in User: >> select your cloned report in Report: >> OK

     c. The next time you want to print the cloned calendar from the graphical calendar Print button - this is then independent from the public Weekly - DayTimer (portrait) report

    1. Go To >> Reports >> Reports
    2. set / verify that User is set to your user
    3. browse to and expand the Calendar Printouts

    4. Highlight the cloned report
    5. Right Click >> Options

    6. Change the Date and to fields
    7. OK

8.a. either print your cloned report directly from the Report Center via either Right Click on the cloned report >> Print >> OK or via double click on on the cloned report >> Print >> OK
8.b. or go back to the graphical calendar >> Print button in the Calendar's toolbar >> select your user in User: >> select your cloned report in Report: >> OK
