    When I use in the Contact Search Center result the Output to > Clipboard > All Entries and am pasting this into Microsoft Excel, it will result in misaligned cells

     

    1. Open Contact Search Center
    2. Get your result set for any criteria
    3. Right click > Output to > Clipboard > All Entries
    4. Now paste into Excel.

    Column headers do not match data in cells, all data gets shifted by one column upon paste.

    [WORKAROUND]
    A. use instead Output to: > Excel
    1. open Contact Search Center (CSC)
    2. get your result set for any criteria
    3
    . Right Click > Output to > Excel
    4. verify the result in Microsoft Excel

    Note: By default Output to: > Excel feature shows Microsoft Excel file in protected view without being able to modify, sort and print the worksheet, this can be adjusted. Please refer to Knowledge Article # DOC-49342 on how to do this.


     

    B. Highlight all and use current selection for Output to >> Clipboard instead
    1. Open Contact Search Center (CSC)
    2. Get your result set for any criteria
    3. Right click > Tag All
    4. Right click > Output to > Clipboard > Current Selection
    5. Now paste into Excel and verify
    the result in Microsoft Excel

    Note: The first column is now a blank column and can be deleted and the information should be in the correct column
