For one user, no history shows for any record. Why is this? Other reporting are that certain history entries in any contact record for one user at any workstation do not show up.
This may happen when a or several filters are applied on the History grid. The below gives an example there a filter on the User column was applied.
1 - This happened because a filter was activated in the 'User' column in the history tab. When a filter is activated in a column in GoldMine there is an indication of this with a blue dropdown arrow in the column as opposed to a black dropdown arrow in the column. 2 - Click the blue dropdown and set to "(all)" or alternatively press the X at the bottom left for releasing the filter again.
