The Email listener option for creating an incident event when the Employee does not exist not creating the incident does not work.
Error raised in the EmailService.frslog file:
"Failed to find the default account"
The "Default Contact" is the user "Internal Services", and the Web Service looks for this user through the value of the field "DisplayName". Check that this user has the "Network Support" as Primary Team and that there are not other teams linked, and verify that the DisplayName value is exactly "Internal Services".
