Problem: When saving a process in process designer you receive an error message saying "Error saving current process: A status instance has multiple transitions leading from it that have the same primary action. Each transition from a given status in a lifecycle must be mapped to an action with a different business function.".
Solution: This can be caused by an action being added both to the optional actions and as a process action. To resolve this issue remove the duplicate action connected to the status and anything after (to add back later). Then remove the optional action from the status by clicking on the status and selecting properties. Then click on optional action instances and move the action from selected action instances to available action instances. Then click ok and save the process. Then you can add the action back onto the status and anything following and save the process.
