The 'Forgot Password' link is not working for Internal Users.
What can we check in the Admin GUI as the Logs are not showing any errors?
Is there anywhere else we can look to try and find the cause?
The 'Forgot Password' link/function tried to send an email from the 'AppServer' application, which is why you do not see any Log entries.
The main reason the email will not go out is that the 'DefaultFromAddress' in the Global Constants is set incorrectly or set to an email address that the outbound mail server you have configured in the 'Email Config' section does not accept.
You can check your Mail Server logs to see what the exact error is.
Set the 'DefaultFromAddress' properly and test again.
