The entire contact pane is a blank white screen for all records regardless of the record a user is viewing.

    Details

    When one user logs into GoldMine the entire contact pane is a blank white screen.  This happens regardless of the workstation they are logged in at.
    The only available options are Add Contact, and greyed out Activate, Rollup, Org Chart Properties and Remove

     


    Resolution

     

    [CAUSE]
    The Relationship tab has been maximized to the size of the whole screen

    [RESOLUTION]
    1 - Resize the divider between Relationship Tree pane and the contact record so that the re-sized Relationship Tree pane is much smaller and the contact data shows again.




    2. Alternatively Right click in the Relationship Tree pane and select "Show Relationship Tree in the Tab".


    3. The Relationship Tree will now show as a Tab instead of a pane.

    - The location of the Org Chart is a user specific setting and is stored in the USER.INI > Section [GoldMine] > OrgChartOnLeft=1
    - The frame splitter setting is a user specific setting and is stored in the ENVIRONMENT table > USERID = 'GoldMine User Name" AND NAME = 'clContactListView', please keep in mind that when deleting this row and setting the OrgChartOnLeft setting the divider will appear completely on the right and needs to be adjusted manually one time.
