For most users linked documents come into GoldMine as email attachments or are created by a document merge. You can save or link a specific document to a contact record links tab, such as a file created manually like a PDF or picture using the instructions below.
1 - In GoldMine, open the contact record.
5 - Open the links tab.
6 - Do a right mouse click, and select "New"
7 - Fill in the document name
8 - Browse to the saved file from above, select the document and click "Open"
