    How to apply a restricted priority values to a field based on Type of Incident in ITSM 6.3.x?


    Looking to restrict the values within a field based on another field


    Fields:


    Type of Incident - where values = Service Request

    Priorty 3 or 4 only selecable

     

    If other Type of incidents are selected e.g. 'Fault' the full range of values should be availible (i.e. 1-4)




     


    Resolution

    Added a constraint on Priority field between TypeOfIncident field on Incident object to Priority field from Priority object based on TypeOfIncident
