    How to remove the options for Voice Activity from the Incident comments section


    Resolution

     

    1.  Login as an Administrator and launch Configure Application.

    2.  Select Business Objects and then select the Incident Business Object.

    3.  Select the proper IncidentDetails form from the Forms tab.

    4.  Click on the "Comments" cell and then click on "Flex Settings" in the Control Properties.

    5.  Un-check the box for "Journal#VoiceActivity" in the Types section of this window.

     


    6.  Save these changes and refresh the Application.
