How to refresh our STG or UAT Tenant without contacting support?

    We need to have our STG (or UAT) tenant refreshed from Production.
    Do we need to go through Support to get this done or can we submit the request ourselves?


    There is a Service Request Customer's can use to request refreshes for STG and UAT.

    After Login to the Self-Service portal at:

    Use the 'External - STG/UAT Tenant Refresh from Production'' request as shown below.
