To create a new SLA Subscription, follow these steps and make the appropriate selections at each stage:
By default, SLAs are owned by the 'Admin' user who is a member of the 'Service Desk' team. If you have renamed or removed the 'Service Desk' team, or the 'Admin' user is not a member of the 'Service Desk' team you may encounter this error. The OwnerTeam and Owner of SLAs is defined by the two Global Constants: "ServiceDeskMgrTeam" "ServiceLevelManagerLoginID"
To prevent the error, update these Global Constants to appropriate values before creating the SLA Subscription.
- Log in to the tenant with the Administrator role
- Go to Configure Application > Build > Global Constants
