Steps to enable count for number of calls in queue and displaying it next to teh Queue Filter name
1) Launch management portalClick on System configuration
2) Click on Queue Monitor Settings
3) Click on the Alarms tab
4) Set “Enable Interaction Alerts” to “Yes”
**Note – this will also enable a default sound on the agent machines (a three beat drum tone) when a call arrives in queue. To disable this sound, push a file called Interaction-Alert.wav, which is a silent wav file to the %IPCMROOT%\bin directory of the agent PCs.
