    Resolution

    To find a Change Schedule for Maintenance and Upgrades to the HEAT Cloud tenants do the following:  Log into the Support Site at http://support.frontrange.com/Support/Login.aspx using your credentials  Click on "HEAT Cloud Customer Portal" in the left hand pane under "My FrontRange Support"  Click "Operations" in the top menu  Click on the "Change Schedule" in the left hand pane under "HEAT Cloud Operations"  Note: If you do not have your credentials to the Support site at http://support.frontrange.com/Support/Login.aspx, please contact our Customer Care Department at customer.care@frontrange.com to assist you further.
