    Case mismatches between the CallType values on the CallLog table and DetailTypes can cause issues with Web UI and HSS when rendering Detail forms.


    Resolution

    Run the following in SQL Server Management Studio to identify records where the case is different between the CallTypes and the DetailTypes:

    SELECT DISTINCT(CallType), CallID

    FROM CallLog

    WHERE (CallType  IN

    (SELECT TableType FROM HEATFld WHERE TableName = 'Detail')

    AND CallType Collate SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CS_AS NOT IN

    (SELECT TableType FROM HEATFld WHERE TableName = 'Detail'))
